attentive staff amazing food canal-side location

the hotel's design immediately captured my attention i found the canal-side location perfect for exploring the area the staff were always attentive to my needs i appreciated the ease of access to nearby restaurants and bars. i stored my luggage after checkout. the restaurant offered amazing food.

the street noise at night was noticeable even with the windows closed.

i found the hotel's location convenient. it offered easy access to the canal area with many restaurants and bars. the breakfast was amazing!!! i especially liked the variety. the staff were very helpful.

the air conditioning was a little tricky to adjust, i had some trouble finding the right temperature.

small room low-quality linens

the location worked well. there were many bars and restaurants very close to the hotel.

I had to climb stairs to my room and the room was small. No pictures of this room were on the website!!! there was no coffee or tea in the room, even after i asked. also, the beds, pillows, sheets, and blankets were low quality. I could not sleep well.

excellent breakfast elegant vibe many choices big noise room location late noise

the location is near the canal. there are many restaurants and bars nearby. the courtyard of the hotel had a very elegant vibe. the breakfast was excellent, with many choices.

my room faced the canal, so it was loud at night. the windows were completely shut, but i could still hear the noise until late. i will. the noise was a big issue.
